• For Pros: business name, trade type, service area (ZIP code), years of experience, contractor license number and state, insurance details, and profile photos
• For Homeowners: name, email, and project information

Project Data: Project descriptions, photos, location, budget ranges, milestones, proposals, and contract terms.

Communications: Messages sent through the Platform between users.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited and actions taken.

Identity Verification Data: For Pros, we may collect identity verification information as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Between Users: When a Pro is matched with a homeowner's project, limited profile information (name, trade, rating, verification status) is shared to facilitate the connection.

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only process your data as needed to deliver their services to PayBild.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PayBild and its users.

5. License and Insurance Information

For contractor Pros, license numbers and insurance details are collected to verify credentials. This information may be shared with third-party verification services. Verified status (but not the raw license number) may be displayed to homeowners on a Pro's profile.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through our contact form. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your information.
