Effective upon electronic acceptance
A PayBild Pro is a verified service provider who has passed PayBild's identity, license, and insurance review. The "Verified Pro" badge is a signal to homeowners that you operate with integrity, hold current credentials, and have agreed to conduct all work through the PayBild platform. This agreement governs every project you accept through PayBild.
You certify that all information submitted during verification is accurate and complete. You agree that your identity, license number, license state, trade type, and insurance policy are genuine and free from fraud or misrepresentation. You will notify PayBild immediately if your license expires, is suspended, or your insurance lapses. Fraudulent credentials are grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the platform and may be referred to the appropriate state licensing board.
All project communications, proposals, contracts, payments, and documentation must occur through PayBild. You agree to: Never ask a homeowner to communicate outside PayBild during an active or pending project. Never accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or any off-platform payment for PayBild-matched work. Never present a separate contract or agreement to a homeowner outside of PayBild's milestone structure. Conduct all scheduling, change orders, and scope adjustments through the platform.
A homeowner reporting off-platform solicitation will result in a flag on your account. Accumulation of flags triggers a mandatory account review. Verified off-platform solicitation is grounds for permanent removal.
PayBild's milestone system works because everything is tracked. You agree to: Upload GPS-tagged photos at the start and completion of every milestone. Mark milestones complete only when work is genuinely finished. Make no verbal agreements with homeowners about scope, price, or timeline changes - all changes go through the platform. Maintain accurate project records so that any dispute can be resolved from documented evidence, not memory.
No verbal agreements. No handshake deals. If it's not on the platform, it didn't happen.
Photos uploaded to your BragBook must be your own work. Images may not contain watermarks, logos, company names, or other branding. PayBild reserves the right to remove any photo that does not meet these standards. Uploading work that is not yours is grounds for removal.
If issued a PayBild Materials Card, it is to be used strictly for the purchase of project materials for active PayBild projects. Personal purchases, cash advances, or use for non-project expenses are prohibited and will result in card suspension and account review.
A 10% materials coordination fee applies to all materials you source for a project. All project materials must be purchased with the PayBild Materials Card. Materials purchased outside the platform are not tracked, not covered, and not included in escrow.
PayBild maintains a flag system for account violations. A flag is a formal record attached to your account with a documented reason. Accumulation of flags triggers a mandatory account review that may result in suspension or removal. Flaggable offenses include: Off-platform communication or payment solicitation. Incomplete or falsified milestone documentation. Unresolved homeowner complaints. Insurance or license lapse without notification. Misconduct toward a homeowner or PayBild staff.
Serious violations - including fraud, identity misrepresentation, or threatening behavior - result in immediate removal without prior warning.
In the event of a dispute between you and a homeowner, PayBild will facilitate mediation using the documentation on record - GPS photos, milestone approvals, platform communications, and timestamps. You agree to participate in PayBild's mediation process in good faith before pursuing any external legal remedy. PayBild's determination in mediation is binding for platform access purposes. Disputes involving insurance claims are handled between you, the homeowner, and the relevant insurer - PayBild will provide documentation but is not a party to insurance claims.
You agree to treat every homeowner, PayBild employee, and fellow Pro with professionalism and respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, or misconduct of any kind - on or off platform, if directed at a PayBild user - is grounds for immediate removal.
Non-Discrimination: You agree not to refuse service, provide unequal service, or engage in any conduct that discriminates against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, familial status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. This applies to every aspect of your conduct on the platform - accepting projects, communicating with homeowners, performing work, and submitting reviews. Violations of this policy are grounds for immediate and permanent removal from PayBild.
PayBild charges a platform fee on completed milestones. The fee amount is calculated and fully disclosed to you before you confirm each project. By moving forward, you agree to the fee for that project. There are no hidden charges.
If you participate in the PayBild affiliate or referral program, you agree to represent PayBild honestly and accurately. You may not make promises about the platform that PayBild has not authorized, offer incentives not sanctioned by PayBild, or misrepresent your relationship with PayBild. Affiliate commissions are earned per the terms disclosed at enrollment and may be modified with notice.
PayBild, LLC owns all trademarks, branding, platform design, software, systems, workflows, and content associated with PayBild. You agree not to copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or build upon PayBild's platform concept, matching system, escrow structure, or any proprietary process for use in a competing product or service. You may not misrepresent yourself as PayBild, speak on PayBild's behalf, or use PayBild's name, logo, or brand in any unauthorized way. Violation of this section may result in legal action in addition to removal from the platform.
If a homeowner ends a project before completion, you are paid for all milestones approved to date, and escrow for milestones not yet completed is released back to the homeowner. If you are unable to complete a project you have accepted, PayBild may assign a verified replacement Pro to finish the remaining scope, and the remaining milestone escrow transfers to that Pro. Abandoning an active project without notice or documented cause is a flaggable offense and may result in account review or removal.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of the State of Idaho.
PayBild may update these terms. You will be notified by email of material changes and asked to re-acknowledge. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
