PayBild Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is between PayBild ("Company," "we," or "us") and you ("Affiliate"). By accepting this Agreement, you agree to participate in the PayBild Affiliate Program under the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The PayBild Affiliate Program lets you earn cash rewards by referring new users to the PayBild platform. You receive a unique referral link tied to your account. When someone clicks your link, signs up, and completes their first payment on PayBild, you earn a reward.

2. Rewards

• $25 for each new homeowner you refer, paid after the homeowner's first escrow milestone is released on a PayBild project.
• $50 for each new Pro you refer, paid after the Pro's first escrow milestone is released on a PayBild project.

Rewards are flat amounts - not a percentage of the project value. There is no cap on the number of referrals or total earnings.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via your unique link for 90 days from the date of first click. If someone clicks your link and creates a PayBild account within 90 days, that referral is credited to you. After 90 days, the referral window expires.

4. Payment

Rewards are paid via Stripe to your connected payout account. There is no minimum payout threshold - rewards are issued as they are earned. Payouts are processed by PayBild within a reasonable time after a qualifying event is confirmed.

5. Sharing Your Link

You may share your referral link anywhere - text, email, social media, websites, or in person. You are responsible for ensuring your promotions are honest and accurate. You may not make false or misleading claims about PayBild, its services, or its pricing when promoting your link.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid rewards:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral rewards for yourself.
• Paying, incentivizing, or compensating others solely to create accounts in order to trigger a reward.
• Using coercion, threats, blackmail, or deceptive pressure to get someone to sign up.
• Making false claims about PayBild that mislead potential users.

7. Program Changes and Termination

PayBild may modify reward amounts, eligibility requirements, or these terms at any time with reasonable notice. We may terminate this Agreement and your participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Earned rewards for qualifying referrals completed before termination will still be paid.

8. Relationship

You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent, or partner of PayBild. You have no authority to bind PayBild to any agreement or obligation.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive. PayBild will issue a 1099 form where required by law.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with PayBild's general Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PayBild regarding the Affiliate Program.
